This week has seen the release of the ‘XML job board data export module’. The new module is account specific and allows the export of related data to be exported to XML and CSV for additional use and integration with HRMS systems.
Agencies can export job advertisements to XML and CSV through a simple easy process. Agencies can also export ‘resume profile banks’, created for resume search purposes to XML and CSV. There is also the ability to export job applicants to XML or CSV based on specific job postings, or multiple job postings.
Employers have the same capability, with exception to ‘resume profile banks’, as they are not permitted resume search capabilities.
Administrators can now run exports to XML or CSV of the entire resume database, or specific job seekers based on search criteria.
The benefits of the new xpandedCareers.com export module allows employers to maintain critical data related to their talent search process and export this for use within their own HR systems for further use. The XML and CSV job and applicant data can be mapped and integrated into their own applicant tracking systems and HR systems, greatly extending the capabilities of the xpandedMedia.com job board and employer user experience.The export process is in compliance with the HR-XML industry standards.
