The SMS API is global. Messages can be delivered to any handset in any location on earth. The SMS module allows administrators to charge job seekers and employers for SMS services, or run these for free, depending on your preference.
In order to activate the SMS for site users, credits must first be allocated. Job seekers and employers can purchase credits via the checkout page, or site administrators can allocate credits via the admin panel.
