This week has seen the launch of the new ‘Sales Agent Account‘. The ‘Sales Agent Account’ is an additional level of security access to the system, which enables administrators to add and create specific sales agents with permissions to the job board back end.
How does it work?
Sales Agents are assigned unique ’sales agent codes’, that allow them to delegate discount rates to employers and agencies in the system. The sales agents can then assign codes to their clients and fix a discount rate to their specific client. This discount rate in percentage, will deduct from the current pricing packages their discount % and allow the client to purchase credits below the market rate.
Benefits to job board owners
This is a great feature for clients who have a proactive sales strategy and wish to employ remote sales agents who can build and facilitate a client base. To compliment this feature, site owners and administrators can also view and track sales reports that are agent specific via the reports and charting module to guage commisions and financial turn over of each spefic sales agents during specified periods of time.
