Advanced demographics reporting

Weve been extremely busy behind the scenes over the past couple of weeks, developing new features for our 2009 release. Due to launch officially on the 14th of this month, the xM 2009 v2.4 release includes our new advanced reporting module.

The reporting module allows site administrators to view specific data, statistics and demographic variables relating to the job board subscriber base. Candidates can be tracked via specific skill set volume, language specialization, education level and field as well as location. Employers and agencies can also be monitored based on geo-location, job ads posted, applications and spend ($).

On top of this, the reports module offers advanced financial data reports, for both agencies and employers, which can provide net revenue spend based on job ad credit and resume search credit volumes of specific time periods. Sales totals can be tallied, and company / agency specific spend can also be monitored, with reports for top spending entities.

For those of you keen to track your sites marketing activities, we have also packaged in a referral tracking pie chart, to segment candidate, employer and agency conversion paths.

The reports module release is v1.1, and we have plans to extend this over the coming weeks to allow company specific reports, personalized to allow end users the ability to gain vital information on their job ad activitity, with application summaries, job ad views, click throughs and performance summaries. We are also working on inplementing this into the front end, to allow prospective employers to determine if your candidate database demographics are a good match toward their hiring requirements, including export to PDF capabilities. Transparency after all, is the key to success in this business.
